    It’s not about the calories! It’s about WHAT and WHEN you eat/drink. Here’s the deal, anything with a SHELF LIFE will not have a SELF LIFE. So if any Human Being consumes a man made de-natured PRODUCT (contains: gluten, sugar, salt, pasteurisation, soy/a, sweeteners, processed oils) that has less life than YOU, then guess whose life line will be depleted?     Having a list to get prompts is fine, but when you say stupid crap like “a known carcinogen related to… um… certain types of cancers” then you come across as a bit of a ditz.

    I deleted only 5 things - all bad oils, I use only coldpressed coconut oil and xtra virgen olive, delete all bad salt, I use only Himalayan, (table salt is used for abortions, the womb has sea salt) I drink only rainwater, use quality sugar only like RAW honey, and grind all your own grains. Rats will not TOUCH ground grain in a cage if choosing between stale and fresh living grain - it is toxic when it gets stale, it “dies” rats know this -

    On another note, is she from 1990s?? Canned soup these days have low sodium and no trans fat, same with potato chips. All chips have 0 trans fat. Also soda has caffeine? What does? Honestly, it doesn’t matter what you eat, unless you’re being a complete idiot. Eat reasonably and exercise. Problem solved. No need for these “all-knowing” nutritionists.
